The project supports 22 NGOs members in RoWL through organizational development, advocacy regarding women’s rights, gender equality and the fight against gender-based violence in order to achieve a strategic approach, increasing the capacity to raise public awareness of the problems faced by women.

Nod Verde is the first Food Hub initiated in Northern Transylvania, specifically in Cluj-Napoca. The initiative aims, on one hand, to support small local producers in gaining market access, and on the other hand, to create a short supply chain for consumers in Cluj.

Helyénvaló (Cumsecade) is a social enterprise initiated by the Civitas Foundation in Odorheiu Secuiesc as part of a multi-annual program funded by the Romanian-American Foundation. We are also a Food Hub, an adaptation of a U.S. initiative aimed at developing short food supply chains.

The project aims to address the needs of small farmers and peasant farms by establishing a regional food hub in the North-East region of Romania. This food hub contributes to the development of viable growth models for approximately 100 small farmers in the region.

The land of the Blue Butterfly is a sustainable rural development model based on creating a microregion brand that serves as a driving force for local community involvement and development. At the same time, it acts as a promotional tool for the entire region.

Ruralism 4.EU – Enabling Rural Renaissance through Green and Digital Transitions is an Erasmus+ project aimed at promoting the revival of rural and marginal areas in the EU by strengthening the capacities of rural development organizations and leveraging the best practices from across the EU.

The GREEN-COM project promotes the advantages of living in sustainable environments and climate-neutral territories, where there will be social and health benefits, along with more employment opportunities in the agricultural, environmental, educational, and manufacturing sectors.

One of the objectives of the **Eu4Shepherds** project is to lay the foundation for recognizing the values that shepherds bring to our society, particularly in terms of social, ecological, and animal welfare aspects, as well as their importance in combating rural depopulation, forest fires, and climate change.

The “Flourishing Destinations” approach is one where people come together to create and develop a thriving community that benefits both visitors and locals. The participating areas aimed to develop tourism activities in a way that takes into account the community and the natural capital of their regions.

Through CoopNet, we encouraged small and medium-sized farmers to revitalize and capitalize on the idea of association, providing contexts and resources to help managers and cooperative presidents manage these associative structures. Now, we aim to strengthen the network through representation, training, and networking activities.

Small NGOs Today, Sustainable NGOs Tomorrow is an incubation model for small NGOs. Within the program, 15 NGOs conducted fundraising campaigns for their initiatives. 12 of the 15 organizations managed to finance their projects on the Creștem Idei.org/ wegrowideas.eu/ crowdfunding platform
